What is the material used for the AirPods cases and AirPods Pro cases?

Polycarbonate (PC) – Polycarbonate is used for our AirPods cases and AirPods Pro cases. We prefer this premium material because it provides superior protection to your AirPods.

In fact, we use 100% recyclable materials for our products. All our materials, finished products and manufacturing processes are audited, approved and certified as compliant to International Quality Standards by INTERTEK, one of the most reputable technical auditing firms in the world.

Are the cases compatible with both AirPods and AirPods Pro?

Yes, our cases are compatible with the following AirPods models:

Will the case obstruct access to charging ports or buttons?

No, the case is designed to provide easy access to all buttons and charging ports, ensuring full functionality of your AirPods device while they are in the case. In fact, our AirPods cases are also wireless charging compatible.

Is the case lightweight and how durable is the case?

Yes, the case is lightweight and slim, adding minimal bulk to your AirPods, making them easy to carry around. The case is made of durable Polycarbonate (Premium Hard Plastic) material and is designed to provide reliable protection for your AirPods for a long time.

How does the printing work on the AirPods cases and AirPods Pro cases?

The designs are created using a full wrap high resolution 3D dye sublimation print in glossy finish using sustainable inks which are environmentally friendly.

Does the case include a ring carabiner?

Yes, the case includes a silver ring carabiner for easy carrying and portability.

What else do I need to know?

Our Airpods cases & Airpod Pro cases come with an additional adhesive sticker to place on the top of your device to ensure the lid remains secure. Instructions are included with the product.

Do you accept returns?

With a People-First approach🥰, we serve big-hearted individuals like you to build a meaningful relationship that extends beyond the initial purchase because we truly believe that it’s not only about what we deliver, but also about how it makes you feel. However, if there’s any issue with the product you’ve received, please reach out to us and we will do everything to make it right.

We gladly accept returns provided the product is unused and is sent back to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
