What materials do you use in your Click-it Phone Grips?
Polycarbonate (PC) – Polycarbonate is used for our phone grips. We prefer this material over other plastics because of its strength and durability characteristics.
In fact, we use 100% recyclable materials for our products. All our materials, finished products and manufacturing processes are audited, approved and certified as compliant to International Quality Standards by INTERTEK, one of the most reputable technical auditing firms in the world

Which cases are compatible with your Phone grips and kickstands?
The grips provide great adhesion results on cases with a smooth surface like our snap & tough cases. We do not recommend the use of Click-it phone grip with leather or silicone cases as it will not provide a good adhesion on these surfaces.
How do I stick the Phone Grip?
We’ve got you covered! These grips are delivered with instructions guide with a set of easy instructions on how to stick and use them. For simplicity, please ensure that the surface of the case is wiped clean and is smooth before attaching the grip, to achieve best adhesion results.

How strong is the hold with the Phone Grip?
Our phone holder offers a secure grip which is a perfect solution for one handed scrolling, clicking better photos, and preventing phone drops. It also functions as a convenient hands-free stand, in portrait and landscape modes for web surfing or watching videos. Please wipe and clean the surface of the case and ensure that it is smooth to achieve strong adhesion results.
Moreover, our Click-it is designed in a user friendly manner which allows you to remove and re-stick it, if required. Therefore, if you’d like to stick the Click-it permanently on your case, we recommend using a permanent glue or adhesive.
How does the printing work on these grips?
The design is a full wrap permanent UV print using eco-friendly inks and results in vibrant colours.
Will the wireless charging work with the grip on the case?
No. For wireless charging to work, you must remove the grip from the case or remove the phone from the case (if Click-it Grip is on the case)
Do you accept returns?

However, if there’s any issue with the product you’ve received, please reach out to us and we will do everything to make it right.
We gladly accept returns provided the product is unused and is sent back to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
