At LE SKYEBLEU, we’re all about sustainability and that’s why we have a MADE TO ORDER policy to avoid waste and promote environmental responsibility♻️ This means your order is freshly made just for you and our production time is between 2-3 business days before shipment. But trust us, it’ll be worth the wait!
And the best part? We have production warehouses all over the world, including USA, Australia, UK, Italy and Korea, so your package will be sent from the location nearest to you for the fastest delivery possible. Not only that, but by producing locally we’re also supporting local economies and reducing carbon emissions on each order. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information (depending on the shipping profile selected) so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. We can cancel the order as long as it’s not under production or shipped already. We allow cancellation up to 4 hours from the purchase. After the initial 4 hours, the orders will be automatically sent to the respective production teams (either in Australia, USA, UK, Italy or Korea) who will process the order as per our processing timeframe.
If we are unable to cancel your order, it is possible for you to return the product(s) back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
We only allow changes/ amendments up to 4 hours from the purchase. After the initial 4 hours, the orders will be automatically sent to the respective production teams (either in Australia, USA, UK, Italy or Korea) who will process the order as per our processing timeframe.

We understand that you need your products fast, so we aim to process these orders as quickly as possible.
Therefore, if there’s a change to delivery address, we request you to please contact us with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible (within 4 hours of purchase) via email at info@leskyebleu.com so that we can get it updated before its processed and shipped.
If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to collect the package from the address it is being or was shipped to. Otherwise, the package will most likely be returned to us by the courier.
It is important to note that after the initial 4 hours from the purchase, the orders are automatically sent to our respective production warehouses to begin the process of printing and shipping. Therefore, once it’s in the processing, it is one of the many orders being worked on and therefore making any change will not be possible.
However, we still encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so that we can do everything in our control to assist 😊

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Polycarbonate (PC) – Polycarbonate is used for our Snap & Tough cases. We prefer this material over other plastics because of its strength and durability characteristics.
Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU) – A 100% recyclable TPU is used for the inner layer of our Tough cases. TPU has excellent mechanical properties, combined with a rubber-like elasticity and is a great replacement for hard rubber. We prefer this material over other non-recyclable rubber & plastics because our TPU material is 100% recyclable and more eco-friendly, extremely flexible, smooth to the touch and has greater durability than other conventional silicone/plastics.
Vegan Leather – We use 100% High quality, premium vegan leather for our Apple Watch Bands & Laptop/ Tablet Sleeves to give you a product that will last. In scientific terms, it is made up of recycled PVB (Polyvinyl Butryal). Furthermore, we have fully eliminated the use of PVC in our faux leather, and it complies with PVC free policy and eco regulations. We choose this sustainable material over the conventional leather because it is 100% vegan, made up of planet friendly & animal free materials, has anti-scratch & anti-abrasion qualities and is super modern & durable.
Bio Flexi – For our Biodegradable phone cases, we use Bio Flexi material which is 100% compostable (Eco- friendly) and made up of PLA (Polyactide), PBAT (polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate) & Bamboo Fiber. It is approved and certified as compliant by SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection, and certification organization. We choose this material over other plastics because it is 100% eco-friendly, has shock absorbing & scratch resistant qualities and is very durable.
Paper Leather – We use a 100% sustainable paper leather for Laptop Skins, Stick-On Phone Wallets, Charging Adapter skins and Cable/ Cord wraps. Made from tree pulp, it’s a combination of paper with cotton fabric to give it the structure. This was developed to replace animal skin leather and fossil fuel based faux (PU) leather as we continue to implement sustainable business strategies and facilitate the need for more eco-friendly materials. We consciously choose this material because it is 100% Biodegradable, lightweight, has water resistant and anti-bacterial properties and is made from plant-based polymers. These qualities make it a perfect eco-friendly replacement for the traditional animal and synthetic leathers. It is also approved and certified as compliant by Intertek, a leading Total Quality Assurance Provider to industries worldwide.
No, the print design is not a decal or a sticker.
We use patented industry leading 3D UV Printers and dye sublimation ink technologies, and the design is a permanent print in the highest resolution with vibrant colours.
It is a full wrap high resolution 3D print around the surface of the case – including the edges, sides and corners (for snap & tough cases).
Our printing process embeds images/ design into the surface of the products and thereby protecting them from scratches, wear, fading and damages. Our products are genuinely built to last.
Note: No actual glitter, metallic, neon or holographic materials are used while printing our products.
We do our absolute best to display the colour of these designs as ACCURATELY as possible, however it is important to note that the screen settings or resolutions/ calibrations can vary for each device i.e. different mobiles, different monitors, tablets, etc which could portray the colours slightly different to you in real life.

Yes, all LE SKYEBLEU phone cases are wireless charging compatible and therefore your phone case can be charged with the different available compatible wireless chargers.
Our snap & tough cases for the iPhone models are currently NOT MagSafe® compatible. You can charge these snap & tough cases with MagSafe® chargers but they will not stick in place i.e., they currently don’t have a magnet ring which allows it to stick to the charger.
Our phone cases are made using high spec space grade materials, but of course, used on Earth. All of them meet or exceed MIL-STD 810G Drop test standards, however, please see here below for more information:

The grips provide great adhesion results on cases with a smooth surface like our snap & tough cases. We do not recommend the use of Click-it phone grip with leather or silicone cases as it will not provide a good adhesion on these surfaces.
We’ve got you covered! These grips are delivered with instructions guide with a set of easy instructions on how to stick and use them. For simplicity, please ensure that the surface of the case is wiped clean and is smooth before attaching the grip, to achieve best adhesion results.

We currently offer 13 inches & 15 inches laptop skins, and they are best suited for flat surface laptops. Therefore, we recommend you check the dimensions of your laptop model to ensure our laptop skin can fit with precision.
The design/ artwork is permanently UV printed to perfection on the FRONT of the Laptop Skins with a smooth matte protective finish using the eco-friendly inks.
The back side is plain black and comes with a residue free reusable gel tape. The gel tape allows you to comfortably stick the laptop skin on your laptop model.

Please note that there are two separate printing techniques used for printing the Phone Cases and the wallets. It is also important to note that both, the case and the wallet have a different surface finish.
Our cases are printed using a high heat Dye Sublimation Printing technique which embeds the colour on the surface/ layers of the Polycarbonate (PC) case and results in a highest quality photogenic finish.
Whereas our paper leather sustainable phone wallets are printed using a special cold UV Printing technique which results in subtle matte leather finish.
Therefore, the colours may look marginally different because of the surface finish and printing techniques, yet very modern.

Paper Leather – We use eco-friendly paper leather for our Stick-on MacBook Charging Adapter Skins & Cable Wraps. Made from tree pulp, it’s a combination of paper with cotton fabric to give it the structure. This was developed to replace animal skin leather and fossil fuel based faux (PU) leather as we continue to implement sustainable business strategies and facilitate the need for more eco-friendly materials. We consciously choose this material because it is 100% Biodegradable, lightweight, has water resistant and anti-bacterial properties and is made from plant-based polymers. These qualities make it a perfect eco-friendly replacement for the traditional animal and synthetic leathers.
In fact, all our materials, finished products and manufacturing processes are audited, approved, and certified as compliant to International Quality Standards by INTERTEK, one of the most reputable technical auditing firms in the world.
Our sustainable charger skins are compatible with the following:

The design/ artwork is permanently UV printed to perfection on the FRONT of the Charging Adapter Skins with a smooth matte protective finish using the eco-friendly inks.
The back of these sustainable charging adapter skins will be black in colour and comes with a residue free reusable gel tape. The gel tape allows you to comfortably stick the charger skin on your MacBook’s Charging Adapter.
Our biodegradable cable wraps are suitable for iPhone cables, MacBook cables, various USB cables including different earphones or headphones cords.
These cable organizers are designed to wrap the cables & cords neatly and keep them tidy.
It offers a perfect clutter-free solution to tackle the problem of too much loose and unorganized wire around.
It is currently available in One Size (30 mm x 100 mm) which comfortably fits the most used cables/ cords in the market like USB charging cables, iPhone cables, MacBook cables, headphones cords, etc.

Stainless Steel – We use 100% High quality, premium stainless steel for our water bottles. We prefer this material over other single-use plastics because of its strength and durability. It is BPA free; therefore it can be reused without any hassle.

All three sizes come with a choice of three lids - Handle lid, Sports lid & Straw lid. Therefore, you can comfortably choose the size and the lid which suits your individual preferences.
The design/ artwork is permanently UV printed to perfection on the circular surface of the bottles with a smooth matte protective finish.
We recommend you clean and wash stainless steel bottles by hand as using a dishwasher will cause damages to the print and quality of the bottle.
To keep the bottle in the best condition, use washing soap or liquid and do a thorough rinse with hot water after use. A regular cleaning and care will also prevent the bottle from developing any unpleasant taste or smell.

Back cameras sit flush or just inside the cutout for protection and the top and bottom of the case front raise just a bit higher to protect the screen from making contact if you place your phone screen down somewhere.
