What is your Return policy?

At LE SKYEBLEU, we are all about our customers! We know how important it is to have a great shopping experience and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we believe you will absolutely love them. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and for whatever reason, you may want to return or exchange your item. This is why we have made our Returns and Exchange policy as hassle-free as possible, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

We accept Returns & Exchanges under following circumstances:

  1. Ordered the wrong size? No problem at all.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we’re here to help. To be eligible for returns & exchanges under this category, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be returned to our Australian office within 30 days from the date of delivery, in its original condition, including packaging
  • The product must not be a custom/ personalized item
  • The return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

But don’t worry; we’ll make the process as easy as possible for you. Please contact our customer support team at info@leskyebleu.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

  1. Change of Mind? Happens to the best of us!

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after receiving your purchase. In this situation, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return under this category, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be returned to our Australian office within 30 days from the date of delivery, in its original condition, including packaging
  • The product must not be a custom/ personalized item
  • The return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

But don’t let that stop you from contacting our customer support team at info@leskyebleu.com, we’ll make sure the entire process is as smooth as possible.

  1. Received an incorrect Item or order? Our Bad!

In a rare occurrence that you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at info@leskyebleu.com with your order number and photo of the item received. LE SKYEBLEU will make and reship the correct item back to you as quickly as possible. Our mistake, our treat!

  1. Received a faulty item? Extremely sorry about that!

If you received an item or product that you believe is defective or faulty, please contact our customer support team at info@leskyebleu.com with your order number and photos of the reported faults or defects. Our production team will assess the reported faults and if deemed faulty, LE SKYEBLEU will either provide a replacement or a full refund.


Note:
Gifts cards are not eligible for return, refunds or exchanges.
Also, all returns must be received by our Australian office before we can issue a refund or exchange the product.



Can I return a personalized or custom-made product?

Personalized products made with special requirements of the customer or tailored to the wishes of the customer are one of a kind and are exclusively manufactured for the customer. LE SKYEBLEU does not, under any circumstances, provide a refund or exchange for any of the personalized products unless the product has a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect.
