Can I feature multiple pets on a single phone case?
Yes! We can accommodate up to 4 pets in a single artwork. Whether you have multiple dogs, cats, or a mix of pets, we've got you covered.
How do I ensure the photo I send is suitable for the artwork?
For the best results, send us a clear, well-lit photo of your pet taken at eye level. Ensure no features are cut off and avoid blurry, dark, or grainy photos. Photos without Instagram or other filters work best.
Please refer to our best photo tips/ guidelines here while sending your pet’s photo. If your photo doesn't fit our guidelines, we'll reach out to you via email and assist you in selecting a better one!
Will I get to see a proof of the artwork?
Absolutely! We believe in making your custom pet phone case just perfect. So, we'll send the first proof of artwork your way via email within 24 hours of receiving the required information from your end. That way, you can review the artwork and suggest any tweaks you'd like before we finalize it. After all, it's all about creating something you'll love!
Can I request changes to the artwork proof if I'm not satisfied?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer FREE unlimited revisions until you're completely delighted with the artwork😍
What materials are used to make the phone cases?
Tough cases: Our TOUGH CASE is made of impact-resistant TPU material with a hard polycarbonate (PC) outer shell. This ensures excellent protection against drops and tears while maintaining a stylish appearance.
In fact, we use 100% recyclable materials for our products. All our materials, finished products and manufacturing processes are audited, approved, and certified as compliant to International Quality Standards by INTERTEK, one of the most reputable technical auditing firms in the world.

How protective are your phone cases?
Our phone cases are made using high spec space grade materials, but of course, used on Earth. All of them meet or exceed MIL-STD 810G Drop test standards, however, please see here below for more information:
Tough Cases: Our Tough cases have excellent resistance to outdoor weathering, long-term optical quality which makes them popular amongst many. It has a raised bezel for screen protection along with a raised camera lip. It offers ultimate protection against the knocks and drops making it a case that is BUILT TO LAST.
Are your phone cases wireless charging compatible?
Yes, all LE SKYEBLEU phone cases are wireless charging compatible and therefore your phone case can be charged with the different available compatible wireless chargers.
Are your iPhone cases MagSafe® compatible?
Our tough cases for the iPhone models are currently NOT MagSafe® compatible. You can charge these snap & tough cases with MagSafe® chargers but they will not stick in place i.e They currently don’t have a magnet ring which allows it to stick to the charger.
How well is the camera protected by your cases?
All our cases have a raised bezel/ lip for camera protection which protects the camera from coming in contact with flat surfaces. So, we’ve got you covered!!
How does the printing work on these Phone Cases?
The design/ artwork is permanently printed to perfection on the surface of the hard shell Polycarbonate (PC) exterior case using the most sophisticated high heat Dye Sublimation Printing technology which results in a smooth, high sheen protective finish. Our print quality reflects the highest resolution of full colour printing technology available today, ensuring that the designs will not fade or scratch off.
