AT LE SKYEBLEU, we understand that purchasing a phone case or other tech accessory is an investment, and we want to make sure that our customers feel secure in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 12 MONTHS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY on all of our products.
Our products are manufactured to the highest International Quality Standards and are rigorously tested to ensure they meet our standards for quality and durability. Our products come in with a “LOVE IT” factor, meaning we are so confident with the quality of these products that you will absolutely fall in love with them.
Our warranty covers any manufacturing, material, or craftsmanship defects, as well as any fitting, stitching, or sizing issues.

Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by improper or unreasonable use, negligence (Drops, knocks, falling), accidents, or unjustifiable modification on the customer’s part
- Changes, defects, or damages due to normal wear and tear that inevitably occurs with daily use and aging (Eg: scratches, etc)
- Damage caused by theft, loss, fire, water, UV radiation, or other natural disasters outside of our control
- Failure to follow the care instructions properly
