Once your package is on its way, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking information. Depending on the shipping profile selected, the package will be delivered to your shipping address or the nearest pick-up point. Please note that the courier service can choose to deliver your package to the nearest pick-up point in some circumstances.

Be assured that in the confirmation e-mail, you will receive all the important information about your package including the tracking details and how to track it. If you haven’t received the confirmation e-mail of shipping within 3 - 4 business days of your purchase, please contact our customer service at info@leskyebleu.com and they will surely assist you further.

Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation all the shipping details. The tracking number and delivery provider information will be included, so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

We request you to co-operate as it may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update with some delivery providers. So don’t worry if you don’t see any updates right away.

We understand that you need your products fast, so we aim to process these orders as quickly as possible.

Therefore, if there’s a change to delivery address, we request you to please contact us with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible (within 4 hours of purchase) via email at info@leskyebleu.com so that we can get it updated before the processed and shipped.

If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to collect the package from the address it is being or was shipped to. Otherwise, the package will most likely be returned to us by the courier. 

It is important to note that after the initial 4 hours from the purchase, the orders are automatically sent to our respective production warehouses to begin the process of printing and shipping. Therefore, once it’s in the processing, it is one of the many orders being worked on and therefore making any change will not be possible.

In rare circumstances, delivery providers may misplace or lose packages during transit. While it’s frustrating and out of our control, we offer our sincere apologies if this happens to your package.

If that happens, please reach out to our team at info@leskyebleu.com with your order details and we’ll get a new package shipped to you right away!! We’re always here to help.

This situation has been observed with some of the USPS deliveries in the USA. 

We recommend that you first check with your neighbours just in case your package was delivered to their house. Sometimes, the couriers may deliver the package to the neighbours or nearby doors by mistake. 

In some instances, USPS marks some orders as delivered before a few days of their actual delivery. 

Some USPS delivery Drivers may also scan the package as delivered by mistake while they are on the way, and when they arrive at the address, if something blocks their way (like car, trailer, etc), they may skip the house or deliver to the wrong address. USPS may also attempt to re-deliver on the next business day.

Therefore, we request you to allow at least 2 – 3 business days after the order is marked “delivered” before reaching out. If the package is still not ACTUALLY delivered or found after 3 days, please send us an email at info@leskyebleu.com and we will get this resolved for you ASAP!!

Customs policies vary from country to country and the fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
